    DAY 01 ARRIVE/SINHARAJA

    On arrival at the Bandaranaike International airport, you will be warmly greeted by your very own chauffeur guide and transferred to Sinharaja(Approx. 4 hours drive). On arrival in the hotel, spend the day at leisure relaxing and enjoying the hotel facilities. Spend overnight at Sinharaja eco lodge. Accommodation is in Superior rooms with ensuite facilities. Your stay is on bed & breakfast basis.

    DAY 02 SINHARAJA/UDAWALAWA

    After breakfast we drive to Sinharaja rain forest. Sinharaja Rainforest is a world heritage site and major ecotourism destination, which can also be described as a Tropical Lowland Rainforest or Tropical Wet Evergreen Forest. Whatever its ‘technical’ name, it is undoubtedly a rich treasure trove of nature with a great diversity of habitats and a vast repository of Sri Lanka’s endemic species found nowhere else in the world. BIRD WATCHING in this ecosystem is particularly interesting because it is home to 95% of the endemic birds of Sri Lanka, named as a world heritage site in 1989. This lowland evergreen rain forest is steeped in deep legend and mystery. The word ‘Sinharaja’ means, Lion (Sinha) King (Raja), and it is popular belief that the legendary origin of the Sinhala people is from the union between a princess and the lion king who once lived in the forest.     DAY 03 UDAWALAWA/YALA

    After breakfast we drive to Udawalawa National Park for jeep safari. Udawalawa National Park is lies both in Sabaragamuwa and Uva province and includes the Udwalawe Reservior, together with much of its catchment area. It is renowned for its outstanding scenic beauty and wealth of faunal species, particularly mammals and birds. It has become a tourist attraction throughout the year as it is blessed with unique fauna and flora while the possibility to view the elephants at close range has become another main attraction. Wild Elephants are the main attraction in this national park and also This park is home to jungle cat, sloth bear, porcupine, pangolin, macaque, langur, jackal, leopard, sambar, spotted deer, barking deer, wild boar, mongoose, bandicoot, fox giant flying squirrel, water buffalo, crocodile & water monitor lizard.     DAY 04 YALA

    After breakfast we drive to Yala National Park (appro.1 hour drive). Yala National Park is the most visited and second largest national park in Sri Lake. The park covers 979 square kilometers. The Yala National Park is mainly famous for its leopards. The best chance to see a leopard is generally first thing in the morning and then again at dusk. The male leopards there are very confident animals and they are often seen walking the tracks during the day. Young males in Particular seem to have no fear of the jeep which can lead to some excellent photographic opportunities. Spend overnight at Jetwing Yala.     DAY 05 YALA/BUNDALA/GALLE

    After breakfast we drive to Bundala.This National Park, covering an area of 6216 hectares of eco tourism appeal is located Hambantota district. The park falls within the southeastern arid zone of Sri Lanka, with a general climate that can be classified as hot and dry. The terrain is generally flat with sand dunes bordering the coastline, and vegetation consists mainly of dry thorny scrublands and lagoons. The bio diversity of this park is immense: A total of 383 plant species have been recorded from the park, including 6 endemics and 7 species that are considered nationally threatened.It is also home to 32 different species of mammal, 5 of which are classified as threatened. The bird life is also diverse. For keen bird-watchers, the complex wetland system harbours a rich bird life (approximately 197 species), including several species of migratory waterfowl. This has led to the declaration of the park as Sri Lanka’s first ‘Ramsar’ wetland – one of great international importance especially for migratory waterfowl. Once you completion of this visit, you will be transferred to Galle. In here we offer free city tour in Galle. It is a town situated on the southwestern tip of Sri Lanka, 119 km from Colombo. Galle was known as Gimhathiththa before the arrival of the Portuguese in the 16th century, when it was the main port on the island. Galle Fort is the main attraction in Galle. Galle Fort was built first in 1588 by the Portuguese, and then extensively fortified by the Dutch during the 17th century from 1649 onwards. It is a historical, archaeological and architectural heritage monument, which even after more than 423 years maintains a polished appearance, due to extensive reconstruction work done by Archaeological Department of Sri Lanka.     DAY 06 GALLE/RUMASSALA/GALLEE

    After breakfast we drive to Mirissa for whale watching. Sri Lanka is becoming a major spot for watching Whales and Dolphins. Dondra Point of down south in Sri Lanka is the main port of Whale Watching in Sri Lanka during December to April. Out of these months December, January and April are the peak months of sightings. During these months there is 95% chances of spotting Sperm Whales and great chances of spotting Blue Whales as their migration path is just off Dondra Point. We are able to arrange Whale Watching Trips off Dondra Point in a fully insured trawler boat which will last for 3 hours. Also there are good chances of spotting Spinner Dolphins also off Dondra. This excursion usually starts at 6AM and the duration of sailing is 3 – 5 Hours at Sea. We provide free breakfast and Water, life Jackets and Life Guards are present in the Vessel as well. The boat has toilet facilities to cater to the long duration. Once you completion of this visit, you will be transferred to Rumassala. It is another popular natural attraction in the southern Sri Lanka. It is located adjoining the Galle harbor and it is an important patch of forests with rugged terrain. Trees and plants of Rumassala believed to be very similar to vegetation in Himalaya. According to the legend Rumassala is a piece of land originated in Himalaya. Hanuman, monkey god was sat off to Indian to bring an herbal plant to treat Laxmana, brother of Rama, who was wounded in the battle, Hanuman forgot the name of the herb and he brought a portion of Himalaya with him. As he flew over Galle, a piece of the portion of Himalaya fell down, this piece forest today known as Rumassala spend overnight at Jetwing Lighthouse.     DAY 07 GALLE/BALAPITIYA/KOSGODA/NEGOMBO

    After breakfast we drive to Balapitiya for Boat safari on Madu Ganga.(River). Mangrove vegetation lines the riverbeds, and occasional islets emerge as the river flows into the sea. Further upstream, we see kraal-fishing constructions and fishermen making their way in rowing boats to collect their day’s catch. The occasional blue kingfisher flits in the vicinity of the kraal, a pond heron stands tall in the water, and other wetland birds have arisen from their slumber.A relatively unspoiled lagoon, the Maduganga estuary is a 915-hectare complex coastal wetland ecosystem that opens to the Indian Ocean. 770 hectares of the total area consist of open water, while the remaining 145 hectares are the islands. The site is an ecological asset that harbours many wetland vegetation types as well as a variety of fauna, including a number of globally and nationally threatened or endangered species. Once you completion of this visit, you will transferred to kosgoda for visit turtle hatchery. Established in 1981, the Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery is a place where the turtles are breed and preserved from being totally extinct form Sri Lanka. Operated by the Wild Life Protection Society of Sri Lanka, this hatchery is doing a great job by protecting the turtles from fishing, pollution, habitat loss and hunting. Kosgoda Turtle Hatchery even pays the fishermen who collects the eggs from the beaches and brings it to them. The visitors can see the new born turtles in the containers and can even be a part of the process of releasing them in the sea. This organization has been undertaking many initiatives to protect the turtles from being accidentally killed by the fishing hooks. They have even distributed thousands of turtle friendly hooks to the fishermen to fulfill the purpose. On completion of this visit ,you will drive to Negombo Spend overnight at Jetwing Lagoon. It is a National Park and the highest plateau in the island consisting of grassland interspersed with patches of forest, with some unusual high altitude vegetation. The Plains are a beautiful, silent, strange world with some excellent walks. The most stunning place is the World’s End, where the southern Horton Plains suddenly ends, and drops off to nearly 700 Meters, which is an awesome sight indeed and also Bakers waterfall is another beautiful attraction in Hortain Plains. This is a favorite place for trekkers, as there are plenty of soft and hard trails. Spend overnight at Heven Seven. Accommodation is in Deluxe room with ensuite facilities.     DAY 07 NUWARA ELIYA/KANDY/DAMBULLA

    After breakfast we drive to Kandy (Approx. 3 hours drive), en route visit the Ramboda Fall and Tea Factory. Ramboda fall is one of the most beautiful water fall in Sri Lanka.It is 109m high and 11th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka and 729th highest waterfall in the world. It formed by Panna Oya which is a tributary of Kothmale Oya. Once completion of this visit, we drive to Free Tea Factory visit. A member of staff takes you through the different processes of withering, rolling, cutting and heating before the final tea drying and sorting into different sizes. It is pot luck in your guide and their ability to speak good English. If you are not sure what they said speak up and ask them to repeat what they said. They love questions. After completion of this visit, you will be transferred to Kandy. In here you will be able to visit Peradeniya Botanical Garden. It is situated about 5.5 km to the west from the city of Kandy in the Central Province of Sri Lanka It is renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids. It includes more than 4000 species of plants, including of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees. The total area of the botanical garden is 147 acres. On completion of this visit, we visit to Temple of Tooth Relic. It is Located in Kandy, long a center of the Buddhist faith, the stunning 17th-century Temple of the Tooth is believed to house the left upper canine tooth of the Lord Buddha himself.     DAY 08 DAMBULLA/SIGIRIYA/MINNERIYA

    After breakfast we drive to Sigiriya (Approx.1 hour drive). It is one of the UNESCO World heritage sites in Sri Lanka.It is famous for its toadstool of golden-hued granite, protruding into the searing blue sky from a hot, flat wilderness of scrubland, which is transformed in the rainy season to a water garden In the 5th century King Kashyapa domesticated the Lions Rock, by building a palace atop its summit. The 10 ft height Mirror wall still glistens with 5th century high gloss and the majestic Lion’s Paw picturesquely guards the stairway to the palace on the summit. A gallery of frescoes of shapely, be -jeweled maidens still glows with vibrant colour. After the lunch, we visit to Minneriya National Park. Minneriya national park is located between Habarana and Polonnaruwa. This National Park is an ideal eco tourism location in Sri Lanka. The core of this National park is an inhabited area of the country’s most diverse natural systems, with intermediate forest, bamboo stands.patanas and talawas.No where else does it seem that such diversity is represented within a single protected area particularly in such an intact state. The park encompasses the beautiful Minneriya tank, built by King Mahasen in 3rd Century AD.Thia tank is an incredible place to observe the elephants that come to bathe and graze as well as the huge flocks of birds that come to fish in the shallow water.     DAY 09 DAMBULLA/NEGAMBO

    After breakfast we drive to Dambulla Cave Temple (Approx.30 Mins drive). The Dambulla Cave temple was built by King Walagambahu in the 1st century B.C. and it is a World Heritage Site.  It is the most impressive of Sri Lanka’s cave temples. The complex of five caves with over 2000 sq. meters of painted walls and ceilings, is the largest area of paintings found in the world.  It contains over 150 images of the Buddha of which the largest is the colossal figure of the Buddha carved out of rock and spanning 14 meters. After completion of this visit, you will be transferred to Negambo. In the evening, you can enjoy the Negombo Beach Spend overnight at Paradise Beach. This precious relic attracts white-clad pilgrims, bearing lotus blossoms and frangipani, every day In the evening, we drive to Matale.It is famous for spice garden.So we visit spice garden in Matale. Sri Lanka is famous for its spices and spices gardens. These spice gardens offers tourists memorable visits to various spice plantations in Sri Lanka. During early historical times Sri Lanka known as Taprobane, was world renowed for its Quality Spices. During ancient times the Greeks, Romans and the Arabic maintained their links with Sri Lanka through the spice trade. Spend overnight at Dumbanagala Chalet.     DAY 09 KNUKULES

    After breakfast leave for Knuckles Forest Reserve. The Knuckles mountain range exists as a unique eco system separate from the rest of the central hills. Covering a distance of about 12 miles Knuckles extends roughly from the northwest to the southwest of Sri Lanka. This mountain range offers a wonderful place for Bird watching, Trekking, Wildlife Photography, and Camping. Spend overnight at Dumbanagala Chalet. Accommodation is in Chalet with ensuite facilities. Your stay is on bed & breakfast basis.

    DAY 10 KNUKULES RANGE/NEGAMBO

    You can spend the day at leisure, relaxing and water sports in the Negambo beach. Spend overnight at Jetwing beach. Accommodation is in Superior room with ensuite facilities. Your stay is on half board basis

    DAY 11 NEGOMBO/AIRPORT

    After breakfast you will be transferred back to airport (Approx. 30 minutes drive) for your flight back home.
